Law brings about development and growth in every walk of life, it streamlines the society and creates a positive change in the world. The objective of law must be its progressiveness and must change with needs of the people. The new challenges that emerge must be addressed through extensive research and dialogue. To quote Elie Wiesel, “There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest.”
Through the Indian Journal of Legal Philosophy, we aim to provide a platform for those in the legal fraternity and others interested in the field to voice their opinions freely and openly. The entire rationale behind having a peer reviewed journal without theme is to encourage different perspectives not only from those in the legal community, but also from the general populous having a keen interest in legal issues. The articles in the journal are from diverse fields of law and cover several contemporary issues.
